Nope…… Josè is still far out in the Atlantic Ocean but just went from tropical storm to a hurricane and Katina is a major tropical storm heading towards Latin America. This isn’t a joke.
katina is now classified as a hurricane, the first time in seven years that 3 hurricanes have been in the Atlantic.
