This is exactly how straight girls are taught to flirt – move in close, make physical contact (physical contact between different-gender adults is particularly sexualized in US especially culture because of a puritan cultural heritage) and then say something that simultaneously strokes the male ego and emphasizes your own femininity (gosh you’re so big I feel so tiny with you). Reinforcing gender roles is a big part of conventional hetero courtship culture. This is an actual courtship ritual that younger girls learn and pick up from watching their older sisters flirt with their boyfriends. 

Whether or not you mean to flirt, it’s good to know that there’s a strong chance straight cis people will interpret this particular set of actions as flirtation – especially if they assume that you are also straight and cis.
